Leave M4 at junction 29 going onto A48, follow A48 to next exit marked "hotels and guest houses". Follow the left hand filter lane (City) until it splits then take middle lane for right turn at next roundabout. On Newport Road go straight across next roundabout. Follow road through several traffic lights. Where the road forks (after Mothercare World on left) follow the right hand fork still heading for the city centre. Continue through two more sets of traffic, passing the Texaco garage on the right and look out for Eastgate House, a tall light brown brick building in front of you to the right. Move into the right hand lane, then right filter lane and turn right into City Road. There is drop off point outside the main entrance. There is also a NCP car park approximately 300 metres away further up Newport Road on the left hand side in Knox Road. The Tribunals Service entrance is on City Road clearly signposted "Tribunals Service".

Follow the M4 to junction 32, turn South onto A470 and follow for approx 3 miles. Be in the right hand lane around that junction to go OVER the flyover. Past the university and council buildings on the left, turn left onto dual carriageway "Boulevard de Nantes". Follow dual carriageway round, through traffic lights and under the railway bridge (Sainsbury's on right). Be in the middle or left hand lane travelling down Newport Road. At the second set of traffic lights you will see Eastgate House, a tall light brown brick building on left, turn left here into City Road taking the first left hand turn into The Parade where voucher parking spaces can be found. There is also an NCP car park approximately 200 metres away back along Newport road on the left hand side in Knox Road. The Tribunals Service entrance is on City Road clearly signposted "Tribunals Service".

Queen Street rail station is approximately 300 metres away from the venue. On leaving the station, turn right then right again by Gregg's bakery. Proceed under the railway bridge and Eastgate House is approximately 200 metres further, on the left-hand side of Newport Road.
